HSTES Merit List 2022: HSTES will release Merit list after successful conduction of the exam. The merit list is only announced online. HSTES Merit List 2022
HSTES Final Merit List 2022 will be declared soon. The candidates whose name appear in the merit list will be called for the counseling process of HSTES. Firstly, the HSTES provisional merit list is released and thereafter. Admission Committee for various UG & PG Courses releases the HSTES Merit List 2022(Final).

Content of HSTES Merit List 2022
Registered candidates must check their name serial number & category-wise. If a candidate has registered for a particular course and his/her name not appear on the list, then they are not eligible to participate in the counseling round. In case, if the name appears, then he/she need to report to the college along with the necessary documents. HSTES Merit List 2022 will contain the following details.- Candidate name

- Merit Rank of the Candidate
- Qualifying Status
- Index Score of the Candidate
- Category
- Special Category
- Percentage
- Stream Allocated
Documents Verification at HSTES
After the Merit List has been released, the selected candidates will have to physically visit the HSTES for the document verification. In the document verification process, candidates are required to carry the documents below on the day of reporting to the college.- HSC Mark Sheet (Original)
- Leaving certificate (Original)
- Original migration certificate (if the candidate is from other states/board)
- Original caste certificate (if applicable)
- Gap certificate original (if applicable)
- Birth certificate/ Domicile (Certificate for outside of Maharashtra students)
- PAN card photocopy
- Aadhar card photocopy
- Passport size photograph (2 copies)
About HSTES
Haryana Government has constituted Haryana State Technical Education Society–HSTES (formerly known as Haryana State Counseling Society-HSCS) in the Department of Technical Education for implementation of transparent and uniform procedure for admissions to various post graduate, graduate and diploma courses in different disciplines of Engineering, Technology, Architecture & Planning, Pharmacy, Management etc. in the State. The admissions to Diploma (Engg.) and Diploma (Pharmacy) course are made on the basis of inter-se-merit of qualifying examination. The Society also conducts State level On-Line Entrance Tests for admission to Diploma (Engg.) Lateral Entry and Lateral Entry in BE/ B. Tech courses. The admissions to BE/ B.Tech courses are made on the basis of Inter-se-merit of JEE (Main) Rank conducted by the CBSE. Admissions to B. Arch. Course are made on the basis of rank obtained in NATA conducted by COA and JEE (MAIN) paper part II conducted by CBSE.
The Society was constituted on 21-3-2007 by notification no. - 20/2/07-4 TE by the State of Haryana. It is a self sustaining body and meets its expenditure mainly through charging of fees for various services it renders.
How does HSTES Merit List 2022 is Prepared?
Based on various factors, such as marks in the qualifying examination, number of seat availability and number of applicants, the official admissions authority of the college prepares and publishes the merit list of HSTES. The preparation of merit list for admission to UG courses is based on marks in the Higher Secondary (Class 12th) examination. The college does not conduct any entrance examination for admission. Students can sit for counseling on the basis of HSTES Merit List 2022.The HSTES merit list is now published. Candidates can check and download the merit list here.
