Government General Degree College, Singur is the youngest Government College in the District of Hooghly of West Bengal. The College started its Journey in 2013, gradually obtained permanent affiliation from Burdwan University and recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) with ""2f"" and ""12b"" certification.
