Pranayam is control and extension of the breath. By practising it, we can reduce our breathing rate. Reduced breathing rate has a lot of benefits. It slows down heart rate, reduces blood pressure and relaxes body and mind. Pranayam increases our life expectancy.

A pigeon laid two eggs in its nest in the shade of a house. After hatching, little kids came out of them. Then winter came. Those kids were shivering in the chilling weather. Their mother was worried about them. She went around and found that some villagers were making fire to warm up. She picked up one fire stick from it and flew back, She gathered some dried twigs and placed them in a heap near the nest.

Bears are found in Europe, Asia, Africa and America they are massively built, with short tails and thick legs. Bears are not really carnivore. They eat almost anything the chief exception in the polar bear which in its natural state lives on fish and seals.
