वह प्यार से याद करती है कि इमली का पेड़ हर साल फल और छाया देता था। शादी करने और गाँव छोड़ने के बाद भी, वह हर साल फल लेने के लिए वापस आती थी। पेड़ उसे हर साल उसके पिता के घर वापस खींचता था। कवि को याद है कि वह पेड़ों के नीचे छायादार शाखाओं के नीचे बैठना और थोड़ी देर आराम करना पसंद करती थी। वह पेड़ के नीचे बैठ जाती थी और दूर की नीली पहाड़ियों को निहारती थी। वह तब खुश होगी और हंसेगी और मुस्कुराएगी।
