Content of UP MBBS Merit List 2022
Registered candidates must check their name serial number & category-wise. If a candidate has registered for a particular course and his/her name not appear on the list, then they are not eligible to participate in the counseling round. In case, if the name appears, then he/she need to report to the college along with the necessary documents. UP MBBS Merit List 2022 will contain the following details.- Candidate name

Documents Verification at UP MBBS
After the Merit List has been released, the selected candidates will have to physically visit the UP MBBS for the document verification. In the document verification process, candidates are required to carry the documents below on the day of reporting to the college.- HSC Mark Sheet (Original)
- Leaving certificate (Original)
- Original migration certificate (if the candidate is from other states/board)
- Original caste certificate (if applicable)
- Gap certificate original (if applicable)
- Birth certificate/ Domicile (Certificate for outside of Maharashtra students)
- PAN card photocopy
- Aadhar card photocopy
- Passport size photograph (2 copies)
About UP MBBS
The department of medical education plays a pivotal role in developing medical and para-medical personal to cater to the health needs of the state. The department also has a role to play in establishment and maintenance of well-equipped teaching institutions, which are the premier referral centers from peripheral hospitals. Research is another area of activity for medical education department. The directorate facilitates a comprehensive medical education via various medical, dental and paramedical colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh. on the other hand, it also provides standard medical facilities to the patients.
Formation of directorate of medical education:
The department of medical education was bifurcated in the year 1981 from the department of medical health services. The separate directorate of medical Education was established in 1994. It is functioning as a separate directorate for the last 16 years. It controls Medical Colleges and attached teaching hospitals.

How does UP MBBS Merit List 2022 is Prepared?
Based on various factors, such as marks in the qualifying examination, number of seat availability and number of applicants, the official admissions authority of the college prepares and publishes the merit list of UP MBBS. The preparation of merit list for admission to UG courses is based on marks in the Higher Secondary (Class 12th) examination. The college does not conduct any entrance examination for admission.
